SeeYouSpaceCowboy have shared their latest single, ‘To The Dance Floor For Shelter’, from their eagerly-awaited new album, Coup De Grâce. For this occasion, the band invited Spiritbox’s singer, Courtney LaPlante, to collaborate on the track.
Speaking about the song, the band said:
“This song is our little ode to the emo songs that we were all obsessed with growing up, we wanted something that would almost feel cinematic in nature and felt like it carried you through from the piano in the beginning to the journey through the middle to the climax. It’s a song that Courtney’s vocals beautifully fit into as a voice that leads you to that destructive end.”
‘To The Dance Floor For Shelter’ is the fifth single from Coup De Grâce, which is set for release on 19 April via Pure Noise Records. The album also includes the previously released singles ‘Respite For A Tragic Tale (ft. iRis.EXE)’, ‘Silhouettes in Motion’, ‘Rhythm and Rapture (ft. nothing,nowhere.)’, and ‘Chewing The Scenery’.
