Apocalyptica

Apocalyptica is a Finnish cello/metal band that has been around since 1993. They are known for their unique covers of Metallica songs, using the power of the cello to make the songs sound as solid as metal.

Their 1996 album Plays Metallica by Four Cellos brought them recognition worldwide and bridged the gap between classical music and heavy metal. After the Play Metallica Vol. 1 Tour, it’s now time for round two… which also stops at AB!
