Käärijä
Finn Käärijä came second in the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest with the rockin’ song “Cha Cha Cha.” In bare bark and striking green outfit, the singer bombed himself into the revelation of the year and sold out his European tour loose. Now he is coming to La Madeleine in Brussels on Oct. 16, 2024. Ticket sales start on Monday, June 3 at 4 p.m. via www.fkpscorpio.be.
Käärijä is the pseudonym of Jere Pöyhönen, Finnish rapper, singer, songwriter, metalhead and all-around entertainer. Genres he mixes up like a rabid magician, from house over metal house over metal and rock to drum-‘n-bass. In addition, he is a born stage animal, which of course he showed to the fullest at last year’s Eurovision Song Contest. He came in second there and racked up the highest score for Finland since 2006. The song “Cha Cha Cha” may be sung in Finnish, but it creates a tornado during every concert he gives.
A live show by Käärijä is a celebration. Influences of Rammstein (which he has a prominent tattoo of on his chest), unlimited energy, catchy songs and, of course, Käärijä as the ultimate party animal in the foreground. Last year he sold out Trix immediately, now he will play at La Madeleine in Brussels on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Ticket sales start on Monday, June 3 at 4 p.m. via www.fkpscorpio.be
