The name hits you like a bat on an amp: Pogo Car Crash Control. And if you’ve ever listened to them, you know they don’t hold back.

In 2022, this electrifying quartet broke the mold with Fréquence Violence, an album that shook up France’s punk-grunge heritage while allowing for more melodic escapades (Cristaux liquides, Recommence à zéro…). The result? A raw explosion, embodied by live performances where sweat mixes with pure energy. Having played the Warzone stage at Hellfest twice before embarking on the Warm-up tour, the band now has an XXL ambition: to record their next tracks in the United States, where punk took off. And to do so, they’ve enlisted a powerful ally: Jon Markson, a seasoned producer who shaped the sound of Drug Church and The Story So Far. Suffice to say, moshpit fever is already in the air.
