After being a great support act for Sleep Token last year, Bilmuri returned to Belgium as headliner on the European Motor tour to present the new album.
Young pop-punk band ready to hit Europe for the first time
British South Arcade kicked off their set with a catchy song ‘2005‘ , showcasing their signature female-fronted pop-punk sound. ‘Nepo Baby‘ started out as a groovy song before exploding into a full-blown pop-punk anthem.
Everyone followed the lead of vocalist Harmony Cavelle in spelling the word “D.A.N.G.E.R” announcing the next song ‘DANGER‘. But the best had yet to come when they asked if it was OK to sing a cover song. After receiving positive feedback the band brought ‘SexyBack‘.
South Arcade then launched into their newest release ‘Supermodels‘ which dropped last Friday, just in time for their first European tour.
They closed their set with ‘stone cold summer‘ a final blast of their catchy pop-punk melodies. The performance left the audience with a taste of what South Arcade is all about: high energetic pop-punk with a twist.

Johnny Franck first made name for himself as the guitarist and clean vocalist for the band Attack Attack!
Anno 2025, he makes even more heads turn with his new band Bilmuri.
The band took the stage opening with an instrumental intro featuring a soulful saxophone before the first song ‘EMPTYHANDED‘ immediately had the crowd singing along.
Their next track ‘ABSOLUTELYCRANKINMYMF’INHOG‘ was all about getting violently drunk and featured a mix of clean vocals, saxophone, guitar and drum. Mid-song Gabi Rose took center stage for an impressive saxophone solo… And this was not the last one!

Gabi switched to flute, showcasing her musical versatility for the next song ‘FLUORIDEINTHEHARDSELTZERWATER‘ which culminated in an unexpected wall of death.
Johnny then explained that he would normally play guitar on the next song, but due to forgetting the guitar cable he just continued the song without his guitar… but with a cowboy hat he got handed by a loyal fan off stage. The song about carrying ‘ACOWBOYSHEAVYLOAD‘ on your shoulders ended with a captivating guitar solo by the hands of Reese Maslen. This flowed seamlessly into the next track ‘BLINDSIDED‘, beginning with another guitar solo quickly joined by the saxophone. This song was the first song from the new album AMERICAN MOTOR SPORTS.
‘CORN-FED YETIS‘ was dedicated to their loyal fans and featured a beautiful duet between Johnny and Gabi, countered by screams from Reese.
Half-way the set Bilmuri decided it was not ‘TOO LATE‘ to unleash their latest release.
After Reese said the legendary words “Guys, it’s riff time” , he started the next song with a sweet guitar riff.
Despite its name ‘THE END‘ was not the final song yet. This song got fans jumping up and down before the room got split in two for another – bigger – wall of death.
Before the next song, Bilmuri took a moment to express his gratitude to the audience, sharing that his fans saved his life. When he started this project back in 2016 he was stuck on a crossroad, feeling like life had no purpose anymore. This raw emotion resonated in the song ‘BETTER HELL (Thicc boi)‘ with everyone singing along on the chorus “Why do I feel? Maybe I need help to tell me what’s real. I’m scared of losin’ myself and everyone else. So tell me what you hate, somethin’ I can change. ‘Cause all I do is look straight through you. Why do I feel?”.
Merely seconds after announcing that ‘BETTER HELL (Thicc boi)‘ was their final song for the night, Bilmuri surprised the crowd with an encore, jokingly noting the record time for fastest encore.
Josh Manuel kicked of the final song ‘TALKIN’ 2 UR GHOST‘ with a powerful drum solo to get adrenaline pumping one last time.
