Doodseskader, The UFO of Belgian Alternative Music is back with the first single off their latest effort The Change Is Me, set to hit the shelves on the 9th of April, 2026.

‘No Laughter Left In Me’ is the first track off of a record put together in a single week right after completely scrapping Year Three, what was meant to be the third opus of the band. It was supposed to be all about continually evolving, changing and bettering yourself, but according to Tim and Sigfried, the duo behind Doodseskader, this change came faster than expected. The album didn’t reflect who they were anymore.
”Two people, two friends, two musicians, came together and by sheer power of will and creativity and love for each other and for music have brought this thing into existence” – Tim De Gieter, Now I Know You See Me Documentary
This quote comes from the documentary about this process of abandoning Year Three and creating The Change Is Me. It deeply reflects their unique musical identity. It’s really just two dudes, two friends, making music because they love making music. There is no point in putting a label on whatever they make.
It’s an understatement to say that we are extremely looking forward to this new chapter.
Until all is 45. See you in April and May for the first round of shows across Belgium.
