Following an incredible response to their recent joint tour of the USA, British extreme power metal band DragonForce and Swedish symponic power metal Amaranthe are taking their touring partnership a step further. In the spring of 2024, the two bands will criss-cross continental Europe and the UK as part of their co-headline European tour. The lineup will be completed by special guest Infected Rain.
This co-headline European tour will begin on February 21 in Hamburg, Germany, and conclude on March 24 in London. The tour will include a stop in Belgium on March 17 at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels. Tickets for this tour will go on sale on September 18 at 11 am, and tickets for the Ancienne Belgique show will be available on the venue’s website.
Amaranthe’s Olof Mörck states:
“We are *dangerously* thrilled and enthusiastic to finally unveil our co-headline tour in Europe with our good friends in DragonForce, supported by the Moldovan powerhouse Infected Rain – and, the very first tour in support for our upcoming album, The Catalyst! Expect this double-headline bill to explode with excitement and ponderous fury once we play a city near you! Amaranthe will hit the European Continent with a brand new show, setlist and album, so do NOT miss out on this experience, and see you in early 2024!”
Dragonforce’s Herman Li adds:
“We are absolutely thrilled to embark on this co-headlining European tour with our friends in Amaranthe once again! From the time of their demo, I’ve always admired the work Amaranthe has been doing. As both of our bands prepare to unleash our biggest albums to date, this upcoming tour promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for our fans. Get ready for an epic musical journey!”
