The Fifty Lab Music Festival is set to return from Wednesday, November 13, to Friday, November 15, 2024, showcasing the best emerging Belgian and international artists across five iconic venues in the heart of Brussels, including Ancienne Belgique, Beursschouwburg, and BourseBeurs.
For the 2024 edition, Fifty Lab is set to feature New Yorker Stella Rose, daughter of Depeche Mode frontman Dave Gahan. Having released her debut album Eyes Of Glass last year, she will be performing in Belgium for the first time. Library Card has described her as one of the coolest new post-punk acts. Rock fans can also look forward to the Bulgarian-Finnish quartet Hayes & Y, who have headlined major festivals in their home countries and earned praise from BBC6.
mui zyu, know for her unique take on pop music, influenced by her Hong Kong roots, will also be performing at Fifty Lab. Her highly anticipated album, Nothing or Something to Die For, is due out at the end of May. Lastly, South Korean duo Hypnosis Therapy, featuring producer Jflow and rapper JJANGYOU, will electrify Brussels with their explosive blend of drum ‘n’ bass and rap.
Other names included in this first announcement are Jawnino, Butch Kassidy, Oonagh Haines, Natasha Pirard, and Ciao Kennedy. Fifty Lab 2024 is shaping up to be a diverse and exciting showcase, bringing together emerging talent from around the globe to the heart of Brussels.
