Good news for those who will attend Alcatraz this summer and want to party before the real party begins. The Belgian metal festival Alcatraz just unveiled their pre-party line-up. For those of you who don’t know, the festival usually starts a day before the official start of the festival with a bunch of tribute bands and is basically ‘free’.
Here is the explanation of how it works:
Brace yourself for an epic Alcatraz pre-party that pays tribute to legendary heavy metal anthems, brought to life by Europe’s finest cover bands! 🤘🌟 As always, this pre-party takes place one day before the start of the actual festival so come and join us on 8 August in Kortrijk. Entrance is free for camping ticket holders; all other visitors are charged €6.2 but are refunded at the entrance in the form of two coins.
The festival will happen from August 9 until 11 in Kortrijk, and the pre-party will happen on August 8. Tickets are already on sale at the official website.
