Following the release of their 2025 album Cursed and its expanded edition Cursed – The Complete Edition, which included the new track ‘I Am A Cursed One’, Paleface Swiss return with a new single titled Instrument of War’.

The song was written during the band’s recent U.S. tour together with Stick To Your Guns. Vocalists Marc “Zelli” Zellweger and Jesse Barnett collaborated on the track, which was recorded with producer and manager Marco Bayati and mixed by Florent Salfati of Landmvrks.

The title of the single was inspired by a quote from Pablo Picasso shared by Barnett during the tour:

“No, painting is not done to decorate apartments. It is an instrument of war for attack and defense against the enemy.”

This idea shaped both the lyrical concept and the video’s visual approach. The band also announced that all proceeds from the single will be donated to charitable causes.

The release comes ahead of Paleface Swiss’s upcoming 2026 EU/UK tour with Stick To Your Guns, covering multiple countries from Ireland to Spain. Static Dress will also join the lineup.

The European tour will include a Belgian stop at Ancienne Belgique, Brussels, on 20 January 2026, offering local fans the opportunity to experience the new material live. Tickets on sale through venue official website.
