In a move that surprised fans, New York hardcore band Stray From The Path have released an unannounced new album titled Clockworked, out now via SharpTone Records.
The release is accompanied by a video clip for the track ‘Shot Caller’
The shock doesn’t stop there — the band has also revealed that Clockworked will be their final release. Stray From The Path will officially disband after a farewell tour at the end of the year.
The band shared the following heartfelt message on their social media:
Our final album Clockworked is out now.
You can listen to it immediately and in its entirety on all streaming platforms. You can purchase vinyl at your local record store today, and you can buy vinyl and merch on our webstore that ships immediately.
We will be touring this coming June across Europe doing our final festival appearances, with some side shows along the way.
This is a mutual decision, there’s no bad blood. We love each other, and we love you all. In the next couple weeks, we will be announcing our final tour dates, and after 2025 we will be putting the band to rest.
Looking forward to celebrating the band one last time together for the rest of this year.
Thank you for everything.
With nearly two decades of politically charged, high-energy releases and chaotic live shows, Stray From The Path leaves behind a lasting legacy in modern hardcore.
