After collaborating on a Steve Vai album at the age of 19, he founded his own band, Strapping Young Lad, with whom he had a blast playing supersonic and aggressive trash metal. At the same time, he embarked on a solo career, rich and prolific in albums where his musical genius and versatility are expressed, like ‘The Puzzle/Snuggles’, his latest feat.
