Since the 2000s, Simple Plan has been one of Canada’s most acclaimed pop-punk bands. With their latest album Harder Than It Looks in their pocket and special guests Mayday Parade and State Champs, the quartet will turn De Roma upside down in February 2024.
Having a career of more than twenty years and staying relevant is far from a ‘Simple Plan’ for a band. Thanks to the incredible energy they bring to the stage, Simple Plan has succeeded with verve. In 2022, six years after Taking One for The Team, Simple Plan will release its sixth studio album. Harder Than It Looks marks a turning point for the quartet from Montreal. The album respects the pure teenage joy encoded in Simple Plan’s DNA while also bridging the gap to a new future, with songs like The Antidote, Ruin My Life (feat. Deryck Whibley) and Wake Me Up (When This Nightmare’s Over). Live, Simple Plan is a band at its peak. At De Roma, expect an explosive show packed with hits as well as new songs.
