YellowStraps

Until previously, YellowStraps consisted of brother duo Yvan and Alban Murenzi. Over the years, the two made a name for themselves with their unique neo-soul sound. Now, some ten years later, Alban is leaving the project and Yvan will be there for the first time solo with a new album in 2023.
YellowStraps released their first EP “Goldress” to the world in 2020. It received high praise from fans and critics alike. Their next project “Yellockdown” resulted from the pandemic. The brothers decided to start collaborations with artists around the world behind closed doors, via video calls. Now, in 2023, Yvan presents “Tentacles.” A record where the youngest explores new horizons. Tentacle looms as a hybrid work. Influences of rock, R&B, Neo-Soul and electronica are all evident in the record.
