A small update in the line-up of Alcatraz Festival 2022: Evil Dead are out and will be replaced by Voivoid. Please read the full statement of the festival below.
ALCATRAZ FESTIVAL 2022: SPEED & THRASH!
An observant soul will surely notice when looking at this poster: EVIL DEAD has disappeared from the bill.
The reason is that the band is cancelling their European tour this Summer.
Statement from the band: “… We had a meeting after rehearsal, and I was just informed that due to some underlying medical issues with a few band members; we will not be able to tour outside of the U.S. this year…” – Juan GarciaEVIL DEAD will be replaced @ ALCATRAZ by Canadian progressive thrashers VOIVOD!
