Blackout Problems has just unveiled their latest single, ‘Funeral’, along with its official music video. This new track is part of their upcoming album, RIOT, scheduled for release on 23 February 2024 via Sony Music. Pre-orders the album HERE.
‘Funeral’ marks the third single from the forthcoming album, following the previously released tracks ‘PUZZLE’ and ‘GLOFS’. Talking about ‘Funeral’, frontman Mario Radetzky explains :
“This song is extremely close to my heart,. Shortly before the album was finished, I was sitting at the dining table in my shared flat thinking about how dark the record was going to be. But it wasn’t all bad. There were also people who kept me going in the most difficult moments, who made me laugh even when I didn’t really feel like it.”
Blackout Problems will soon embark on a European tour in support of Enter Shikari. They are scheduled to perform in Belgium on 19 February at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels. Tickets for this concert can be purchased from the venue’s website.
