Macklemore has collaborated with DJ Premier for new track ‘Heroes’.

Macklemore and DJ Premier have unveiled the video for their latest collaborative track, “Heroes”. The pair have previously worked together on tracks such as “Free” and “Buckshot”. “Heroes” is Macklemore’s first track of the year and is the first single from his forthcoming album, “BEN”, which is due for release on 3 March. It will be Macklemore’s first album in seven years, following “Gemini” in 2017.

The music video for “Heroes” was filmed in New York and features various shots of the city and its people. Throughout the video, we see brief glimpses of Macklemore rapping and DJ Premier spinning on a table. The entire video is filmed in black and white, giving it a timeless feel.

Macklemore’s upcoming album, “Ben,” will be released on March 3 (pre-save/pre-order here), and he will embark on a tour to promote it. Tickets for the Forest National show can be found HERE
