Today, Slaughter to Prevail unveil their new EP Behelit! Featuring tracks like such as ‘Viking‘, ‘Kid of Darkness‘ and ‘Conflict‘, the Russian deathcore band is creating a real sensation with its new self-titled single! Adopting a fresh approach flirting with symphonic deathcore, the band’s departure from their usual sounds has not failed to generate strong reactions from fans online.

In addition to this single, the band has released a video clip inspired by the famous manga series Berserk. The clip, reminiscent of the AMVs (Animated Music Videos) once found on YouTube, delights fans of the work, who find a certain nostalgia in it. As for the lyrics, they also pay tribute to the universe of the legendary Kentaro Miura, creator of Berserk and sadly deceased in 2021. Admiring the strength of Guts, the main character of the work, Alex Terrible (vocalist of the group) says:

This statement echoes the comments he made about his own journey during the band’s concert in Antwerp on January 30 of this year.
